How Do I Get a HURT911® Benefit Card?

You may advertise that 1-800-HURT-911, Inc. will pay a $5,000 cash reward for the recovery of your stolen motorcycle and the Class E felony conviction of the person who stole your motorcycle.
You must be a HURT911® Card Member which means that you must have received a physical HURT911® Card and which you validated on this website prior to the date your motorcycle was stolen. You can validate your HURT911® Card on the homepage. A police report must be filed reporting a motorcycle belonging to a HURT911® Card Member was stolen.
A person claiming a reward must not be related to you and must contact law enforcement with relevant information that furthered the purpose of the investigation and also resulted in the arrest and conviction for grand larceny in the 4th degree, a Class E felony offense (New York Penal Law section 155.30) of a person who stole a motorcycle belonging to a HURT911® Card Member. This reward is subject to the additional terms on this page.
If a HURT911® Card Member is injured or killed in a hit and run motorcycle accident, you or a loved one may advertise that 1-800-HURT-911, Inc. will pay a $5,000 cash reward for the Class E or D Felony conviction of the driver who left the accident scene.
The HURT911® Card Member must have gone to a hospital emergency room or have been admitted to a hospital or be deceased and a police accident report must be filed within 24 hours of the hit and run accident.
A person claiming a reward must not be related to you and must contact law enforcement with relevant information which furthered the purpose of the investigation and also resulted in the arrest and conviction of a Class E or D felony (New York Vehicle & Traffic Law section 600(2)) of the driver who left the accident scene. This reward is subject to the additional terms on this page.
If more than one person meets the criteria to collect a reward, the reward will be shared by all people who met the criteria. The determination and decision of who met the criteria and the percentage to be shared by each will be determined by the police department which made the arrest or if the police department chooses not to make a decision, then the decision will be made by FRANCKEL & PLEVY, LLP.
HURT911® hereby gives permission to HURT911® Card Members and law enforcement agencies to include our tagline on advertising, posters and media alerts sent out by law enforcement when reporting a felony incident as described above involving a HURT911® Card Member. The tagline may read: "Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call ____________ Police Department at ______________. Caller MUST contact FRANCKEL & PLEVY, LLP directly at (516) 621-9399 or 1-800-HURT-911 to claim a reward. We will not release your name to the public."
The HURT911® Card Member agrees to appear on any TV news station, publications and websites for the purpose of publicizing the fact that HURT911® and its Members will offer a reward and prosecute anyone committing a crime where a Member is a victim.
Currently, rewards and benefits are only available in New York State and only to HURT911® Card Members who obtain a physical card at a motorcycle event from FRANCKEL & PLEVY, LLP. Additionally, the card number must be validated and registered online at HURT911card.com prior to offering any reward.
1-800-HURT-911, Inc. will pay the reward subject to the terms on this page.

HURT911® Cards Are available at motorcycle events where FRANCKEL & PLEVY, LLP give out motorcycle awareness bumper stickers, car signs, lawn signs, T-shirts and other items.
