What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you validate your HURT911® Card, our software checks the card number against card numbers which have been issued. If the card number has been issued and is available, you are then asked to register the card by entering your registration data.

The reason we collect and keep your personal registration data is so we can occasionally email you information about motorcycles and so we can send you greeting cards in the US mail. We collect only the month and day of your birthday so we can send you birthday cards. We do not collect the year of your birthday to protect your security and identity in case our website is ever hacked.

By entering your information to register your HURT911® Card, you allow us to occasionally email you a newsletter with motorcycle information and to send you a greeting cards in the US mail.

If you want to be entitled to take advantage of the HURT911® Card benefits, you must agree to enter your information and register your card.

You can remove (delete) your information at any time by contacting us. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete your information and deactivate your card and you will no longer be entitled to any benefits.

We will not share your information with anyone else or any other company except Full Throttle NY/NE Magazine. If you already receive emails from Full Throttle NY/NE Magazine, you will not receive duplicate emails.

The HURT911® Card is free, so we do not collect or store any credit card information.
